It is a bit pricey compared with other sellers but is not a big deal.My starting BMI was 28.5...aiming to get back to around 24.9..at least.I started exactly as instructed on the labelFirst week, more tired than usual, but was bearable, no change in weight.Second week, gaining tolerance to the tea, I did feel extremely THIRSTY, almost gallon of water consumed each day. The tea started to kick inafter one box, lost 2 lbs.I'm on the first week of second box, the only side effect is dry mouth if no water within an hour...I stay consistently hydrated but do not want to overload myself with more than a gallon of fluid per day...I lost 5 lbs so far after less than 3 weeks.The bowel movement habit is as usual, but drinking water would suppress your appetite..A LOT...
