These are pretty much garbage. The prongs are very loose when plugged in so frequently it stops charging everything plugged into it. We had the same issue at several locations, they just do not work. If you finesse and wiggle it you may get a charge going for a while until it gets bumped.

I got the 2 pack 1of the block’s usb-c ports are very spotty and temperamental and the usb-c ports in the other block don’t work at all. Tried different cords, plugging the block in different locations just in case. It’s most definitely the blocks being defective or just terrible quality. Disappointing.
