Very good and effective if you’re planning on fasting! It actually taste like regular drinking water and it’s very easy to use. I was fasting a couple of weeks back and once I drinked this I got lots of energy back like a boost. The ingredients are listed on the product and I enjoyed it for the price! Very good

I am planning a longer fast to try this out on soon, but in the meantime I noticed I was having muscle twitches in my arm after a hard run and decided to try this product out to see if my problem was hydration (it was a hot day for a long run). I drank it, and about 15min later I felt way better, no more spasms! Putting it in just water was not bad tasting, although I could taste it was there. I will absolutely use this again, and based on how well/fast it worked after heavy exercise I'm confident it will do well during a longer fast (I do a 36hr about once a month and sometimes go to 60+ hours).

Finally! I've been struggling with dehydration and I despise Stevia and artificial sweeteners. I wanted to put something in my smoothies, all the SUPER SWEET flavored powered ruined them, and were very expensive. This is 100 servings and in my smoothie I don't even taste the saltiness. If anything, it enhances the fruit flavors. It is smooth and gritless, dilutes easily. No unnatural ingredients. I can't speak to effectiveness yet but will update this later. I hate the Gatorades, all the water mix-ins I've ever tried, and I've tried them all This is a perfect end to a long, long quest for help with dehydration without caffeine, weird colors that are far from natural, and super sweet artificial or non-sugar sweeteners.

Excellent product. I had one serving at 10:00 PM, seven hours into my 16-hour fast (actually 18 hours, as I don’t count the first two, which are for digestion of my last meal), and it tided me over through the night. The taste is super salty, but the saltiness subsided after a few minutes. I feel like these salts are a good replenishment at various points during a fast. Personally, I don’t see myself needing to use more than one serving for a 16-hour fast, which makes it very economical.

It works well. It helped to curb hunger during fasts. It is pricey, however.

Its good for the body, fantastic for the soul! Do you like not having serious medical emergencies due to a lack of salt?! HECK YEAH! THIS IS ALL YOU BABY! I haven't had a single salt-related medical emergency since using this product... or... now that I think of it... ever... But better safe than sorry! Especially if you are fasting. (salt + water = salty water, mmm tasty)

So... I'm on Day 3 of a water fast, and this has given me a boost! I take it 3 times a day; morning, noon and night. I haven't had the migraines. When I started to get a migraine, I put a scoop on my water bottle and it cleared it up within 15 minutes or less. I thought the jar would be bigger but you don't need much at all, so the quality is great. The taste isn't too salty and it hydrates your body. Worth the price.
