Bought this to replace a burnt out Triton Aspirante. This is the model up from my old one and the digital display saying hello or bye and the temp guide is part of the improvement over the minimalistic look of my older one. I find the temp guide useful when I put on, I leave it a few seconds to reach the temp I want before getting in. Fitted without issue by my plumber, though I needed the plumber because my wiring needed cut a bit because of the blown previous version. Price here was almost 50% cheaper than the main UK DIY chain stores and on par with the Aspirante so no brainer for me. They will never be as powerful as mixer showers but I haven't used the main bathroom shower since getting this installed.

We had a TRITON shower prior to buying this one which was not too bad. This particular model cost more money and the specs looked better. However, upon installation, 3 months later, it has burnt my youngest daughter due to the fluctuating temperature which caused her skin to be scalded. Extremely frustrating and poor quality and design.I am really disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone!

Great shower with loads of power and intrgral temp gauge.

Purchased this to replace a Triton Topaz I have had for about 6 years but had started to give problems..I love the look of this unit, controls are easy to use and despite going from a 10.5KW to this being a 9.5KW, the water is plenty hot enough.Installation was not so simple though... the water inlet was in the same place as my old unit but the power input was on the other side.. Luckily there was just enough cable to reach but routing was a little more tricky.. Why can these thing not all follow a standard like so many other products do nowadays?Once all the fiddly install was complete the results were fantastic...A really great shower unit...

Chosen because the Triton website described it as a direct replacement for an existing Triton shower.If only. Triton have chosen to relocate the electrical terminals from the right of the unit to the left. And when there's no slack in the cables buried in the wall, that really matters.Enough to dock 2 stars from what's an otherwise good product.

I'm pleased with this product even though it wasn't needed and returned. I already have one which is still going after 4 years

I thought the digital aspect to this shower would make it more reliable and accurate. Unfortunately not.Sometimes it goes from really hot to cold by itself..... disappointing overall. I should have taken the reviews about it more seriously.

The media could not be loaded. Very dangerous shower have been scoulded a few times it can not hold the temperature and slips from 30 - 50 in seconds
