These are a great sweet snack. I do not recommend for a ‘diet’ but just to grab & go they’re nice to have around. If you’re eating them for the 100calories please do your research on other healthy options that are 100calories! Don’t just be fooled by labels on a box and you will be surprised what’s healthy & not and what snacks have decent calories. They arrived not crumbled up which I was shocked bc these are a very thin soft wafer texture. Strong strawberry flavor & sweet.
