An easy way to make sure you get plenty of iodine.
This doesnt seem to be available in my local shops so its good to be able to get it on line. Just like regular salt to taste and an easy way to make sure you get plenty of iodine.

Difficult to find in shops. Seems expensive, but Iodine deficiency is a poorly recognised increasing health issue.
