One of the biggest struggles I've faced with my computer is that it doesn't have enough USB ports. I have an Inspiron 7000 series, which is fantastic, but in Dell's never-ending quest for thinner laptops with metal casing, they took out some ports. They did, however, included a wonderful USB-C port, which is super fast and easy to use.Enter this hub. It's made out of aluminum and looks fantastic. It even comes with a really nice carrying case! The hub itself was plug and play, and it was super easy--I just popped it into my computer, and BOOM(!), more USB hubs.It sits flush with the casing and looks almost seamless when plugged in. Speeds were incredibly fast. When the computer is on, it has a little blue LED so you know it's plugged in and working.I couldn't be happier. I tested it with my phone (USB-C), hard drive (USB 3.0), and SD card. Everything worked flawlessly. If you need a portable USB hub that runs flawlessly, this is the one to get!

This device was attached to a 2017 15 inch Macbook Pro. If you're using another machine YMMVI really wanted to give this device a higher score than 3 stars but every time I plugged a charging cable into the passthrough port, the device disconnected all of the flash drives without unmounting them. Even worse, the drives don't reconnect until you unplug device and plug it back in.Also, the device advertises itself as a USB 3.0 hub, but devices appeared under USB 2.0 with a max speed of 480Mb/sIt also includes a useless "leather" pouch to store the hub, but I doubt it's real leather.But hey, it didn't burn me so 3 stars

The little leather pouch is a nice, albeit rather unnecessary touch. But i'd prefer the thing work... After a month now of use, I have to hold it at a certain angle for it to work. It malfunctions in all four ports of my MacBook. Ya gotta wiggle the damn thing for it to connect. I mean.. it just sits there, plugged in. Wiggling to connect is unacceptable. And then it doesn't stay connected. Shenanigans! I cant afford to have my SD card/phone/hard drive randomly disconnect in the middle of file transfers. I shouldn't have cheaped out and bought a quality product.

Ordered this for my new dell xsp 13 2-in-1 laptop which came with only one USB c connection. So no place to put in any sd card or a USB flash drive. This hub can take two of USB flash drives and a sd card and a micro sd and on top of it another USB c cable. Neat! Isn't it?Comes with a cool leather pouch to save it when not in use.The only thing which I thing could improve is a USB C cable to hook it up via cable instead of tethering it to the laptop body. Not that it is not great on its own, but for those times when the laptop is on your "lap" it makes it hangs down due to weight of attachments. I wonder if the pin can take that much bending. Just my 2cents IMXPW 😄

Extremely fast shipping. The USB-C hub is perfect for expanding the USB ports on the MacBook. The hub is stable and flush against the MacBook. The box was very well packed with little chance of damage.The leather carrying case was a great surprise. Very good stitching and soft leather.All ports functioned right out of the box, with no issues inserting or removing the micro or regular SD card, or any USB cables.Quality seller.

Great product. So so many ports. Perfect color match with my MacBook Pro touchbar. Connects easily. Just plug in and use. Even has light to let you know it’s connected.

So far so good. The only thing I dont like is that it doesnt connect when I have my laptop protective case on the bottom of the laptop. I have to remove it when I need to use it. I am using it with a 2018 12" Macbook.

Works great and fast uploads. I wish the plug part came out further as with a case it has to sit at an angle though.

this is the second adapter I purchased from amazon that has failed! It is a poor design. where it plugs into my MacBook is at the end of the iMXPW.

The connection is not secure. It’s constantly bumming everything out of recognition. I barely touch it so it’s more than annoying.

Love it and works great with my brand new MacBook. My only complaint is that it seems like only one slot can be used at a time?

I gave this 2 stars because I bought this adapter solely for the SD card reader so I can upload my photos. Come to find out that seems to be the only port that doesn't work.

I only had it for two days and it stopped working. I am using a Macbook. I tried another USB-C adaptor I have and it works fine, so it is not the computer, it is this particular...

This works ok. I kind of wish it somehow plugged into both usb c ports on my macbook pro to give it a little bit more secure attachment to the laptop.
