Bought this because I'm helping a friend quit opiates and I read that this stuff can help with the withdrawal symptoms, and he said it helped a ton and it's one of a few different things we used to help him through it, he's still sober currently thankfully and this stuff was at least part of how he got there. it smells very strong though and tastes just as strong so if you're planning on taking this as a supplement, definitely keep that in mind and think about the fact you're not just going to be able to mix this into something without it completely changing the taste and smell of it.

I believe I would have come down with a cold weeks ago if I wasn’t taking black seed oil: I was sneezing for days, but no aches or discomfort. Works great but the smell and taste is god awful. It stays with you all day too. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can mix it with to dull the taste...already tried coffee, flavored water, and soda
