This chair is quite comfortable for a full day; even for a 40hour work week. It gives good support to lower and upper back. The hydraulic chair lift is good - so far. The lumbar adjustment really adds nothing in so far as further back support. It is essentially useless. The seat is wide enough and has enough foam in it so that sitting on it is not "hard". The arms on the chair are a bit short and should have had more foam in them; but they are workable and do fold back 90°; making it easy to slip it under your desk. It rolls quite easily and nearly quietly across a hardwood floor I do recommend this chair if you are looking for upper/lower back support and long hours of sitting in it. It has been worth the cost, unless you want a throne of a computer chair. I have been happy thus far with this purchase. If things change, I will update.

You get what you pay for. I've had this for 6 months now and it just broke. The frame where it joins the back to the seat cracked and now it leans in an awkward position. I will probably fall over in the next week or so. The seat padding is okay. It isn't stiff and just this side of too thin. The arm rest padding is all but non existent. They are also small. I liked being able to fold them, but after 5 months one arm will sometimes get stuck up or down. The lumbar support is a stiff piece of plastic with barely any adjustment. The seat back has no neck support, ending at the shoulder blades. If you slouch into it, the top of the back will dig into your neck/head. The lean lock isn't great. Just a simple bar it doesn't go into the lock position far enough and will sometimes slip out causing a panic moment and maybe a banged knee. The wheels are actually pretty good, but I haven't had it long enough that they'd get clogged up yet. Overall it was a good chair that I hoped was going to last a couple years, with some added pillows.

Everything I needed, super comfortable, spacious, adjustable, rolling and sturdy. The color is a soft tan color. Honestly you can’t go wrong for the price. The height adjustment is awesome because most chairs don’t go high or low enough for certain desks.

I got this to replace my old chair which I loved, but the headrest has fallen off. This one didn’t have one which was fine because I didn’t care for it. I also got it because it’s wider than other chairs and supposedly was able to tilt. Also, my cat had taken over my current chair and didn’t want to share with me. However, I just built it and it falls short from expectations: [[[ 1) it doesn’t have a tilt function. I can only tilt forward very slightly, but not back..]]] UPDATE: I had put the lever part on BACKWARDS. There were no clear updates on which way to put it so here: there’s a cylindrical object on the lever, that had to go on the front side. 2) the cushion is much shorter than other chairs I’ve had. I feel like I’m sitting on the edge of the cushion because of how the backrest is shaped. I do have longer thighs than average though 3) the lever that lets you adjust the height of it is a **tiny bit** difficult to access while on the chair UPDATE: The lever also works more as a “twist” than a push. You’ll see what I mean once you assemble the chair. It’s also easier to access once you figure out how it works. Some things I do like: 1) the chair cushion is wide 2) the color of the chair is really nice 3) very easy to build and feels very sturdy 4) my cat likes it Overall, it’s not a bad chair. I just wish the cushion part was longer for my longer thighs lol
