PyrexRectangular Roaster Set, Glass, 2 Pieces

I ordered two sets of these dishes. They arrived two days later (amazingly fast for the UK) in a large box that was seemingly already half-opened with a slit down one side. The box was much too large for the four items that were included with the two sets of glass pyrex, and as soon as I picked up the pyrex (which had only been bubble-wrapped, I know both sets were crushed beyond repair. Thinking we could salvage one of the pieces, we opened the bubble wrap, but in doing so the tiny shards of glass went everywhere, and my wife is currently attempting to remove a piece from her hand.I am trying to figure out if I am supposed to box up all the broken glass and return the items, or if pictures will suffice. As we have already been cut, I don't feel safe mailing such tiny bits of glass, but the only way to get replacements/refunds seems to be to mail the pieces in? Does anyone else have advice in returning broken glass?

SO I BOUGHT A PAIR OF PYREX GLASS DISHES. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISED TO DO.AND THEY HAVE KEPT CLEAN SINCE I BOUGHT THEM.

Good quality and great value, product arrived very well packaged. They have taken on board L.Amajadi's comments (see review)as the set arrived double boxed, double bubble bags, plus brown paper.A note on dimensions (see Mac's review) The maximum widths of 40cm and 35cm include the lifting handles. The maximum height for both is 5.5cm (2.2").The larger one will just fit into our small fridge, so dead handy for re-heats on the following day.

Arrived in fine condition, not a crack to be found. One thing I didn't expect was seeing a tiny piece of what looks like styrafoam or some other fiber chunk actually inside the glass in the larger pan. It doesn't look like it will affect the integrity of the pan, so I'm not going to seek a replacement, but its just kinda annoying. Still good value for money.

I chose these roaster because of the good sizes and because Pyrex is a trusted name. They arrived very promptly and I am very pleased with the quality. They were packaged well and I had no trouble with breakages as mentioned in some reviews. I am going to recommend to my family and would recommend to anyone who wants good size and quality roasters. Arrived in good condition and on time have used many times washes well and is very useful worth buying more if needed
