These sheets are far from silky. Out of the package they have a starched, pressed sheen, but after a single wash they coarsened right up to toothy burlap. The head and foot of the fitted sheet aren't made from the same striped, woven fabric. They are just a plain, coarser piece of cheaper linen, like something you'd see on the sides of a mattress pad. Perhaps over time they will get a wee bit softer, but overall a big disappointment. I'm surprised Kathy would put her name on this. I have several pieces of her furniture line that are well made and reasonably priced. The quality of these sheets don't match up. For $40 I certainly wasn't expecting Egyptian cotton, but something at least serviceable. I wouldn't let a guest sleep on these, not even my mother-in-law.

Sheets are nice enough; however, TWO details that were selling points for me are completely incorrect.1. Listing states that the sheets fit mattresses from 5” to 20”. Unfortunately, the packaging very clearly states that the sheets fit mattresses up to 18”.2. There are no corner straps as pictured/described.I’ll keep the sheets as they’re nice enough and do fit our mattress (that is 18” thick), but I am disappointed that the description is incorrect and wanted to warn others that may also be depending on those details to make their decision.

I just purchased 1 Queen sets of sheets for my guest rooms. Before placing them on the beds I, of course, washed them in cold water and dried them in the clothes dryer. They came out beautiful! For those people who commented on them wrinkling...they are cotton and cotton wrinkles. If it bothers you that much, get a can of spray sizing and iron them! That is what I did with the pillow cases and they came out beautiful! The workmanship is perfect. I especially enjoyed the note included with the sheets telling you how to care for them.My guests are reporting they are very comfortable to sleep on.

I was able to get this same-day delivery...thanks, Amazon! Great quality for the price, soft, and nice deep pockets so that the mattress doesn't curl up in the corners when you try to make the bed. I prefer thicker sheets, but the last several sets of those that I had ripped and cost 3-4 times as much. These sheets have a very subtle vertical stripe pattern which comes in handy when you're trying to figure how to orient the bottom sheet when making the bed.

I bought these two years ago. They Felt great for the first three or four washings. Then the fabric started to feel thinner and thinner and the color seemed to pick up the body dirt Where we slept and didn’t was out. I got two years worth out of these but I wouldn’t buy again unless I needed an inexpensive set for a guest bed that is only used a few times per year.You get what you pay for. I have another set of better quality (and more expensive) sheets that are 6 years old and are in better shape than these.

Finally, a sheet set that says "extra deep pockets" that actually HAS extra deep pockets! Had no trouble fitting this onto our very thick mattress. And the cotton is nice and soft. Bonus: the stripes make it easy to see which way the sheets go on... it's so annoying with king sheets to put the fitted sheet on and then have to take it back off to turn it 90 degrees... not a problem with these sheets!

I decorated my son’s room with grey paint and carpets and needed some new sheets. I saw these Kathy Ireland sheets at such a great price and gave them a try. My son loves them. They are super soft and comfortable. They fit nicely on his big memory form mattress without slipping off.They wash well!

Lord I love these sheets. Sturdy and 100% cotton!! The price was fantastic for 100% cotton. People complain about wrinkles..well hello it's cotton. I would rather have wrinkles and frankly it's not to bad, than to have any other fabric. I will get another set for each bed in my home!

The sheets were as advertised. They wash up very nice and fit well on our oversized mattress. We would recommend them.

These are very nice and attractive sheets. I have not used them yet so i am going to assume the comfort etc. is there but from taking them out of the packaging and inspecting them, they do look very nice and very good quality. If this changes when I use them I will repost.
