I’m genuinely impressed with this biotin shampoo and conditioner set. After finishing one full bottle of both, my hair looks and feels so much thicker and more luscious than before. I have naturally flat, medium-textured hair, and this formula gave it a noticeable boost in volume and body without weighing it down. The shampoo cleans really well but still feels gentle and moisturizing, which I love because it’s sulfate-free and color safe. My hair is dyed, and I’ve had no issues with fading or dryness. Instead, it feels healthier and shinier after each wash. The conditioner is equally great—it detangles easily and leaves my hair incredibly soft and manageable. I’ve noticed less breakage when brushing and my hair just looks fuller overall. The biotin, collagen, and wheat protein combination really seems to make a difference in how strong and thick my hair feels. Another thing I absolutely love is the scent. The mix of bergamot, jasmine, and vanilla smells amazing—fresh but slightly warm and luxurious—and it leaves my hair smelling great all day. After using the entire bottle, my hair truly looks thicker, healthier, and more voluminous, and I constantly get compliments on how full it looks. I’ll definitely be buying this set again!

We have been buying this set of shampoo and conditioner regulary. It leaves my hair smelling clean, dandruff free, tangled free and it does make your hair feel and look thicker! Less hair loss when showering, too. We will be continuing in using this shampoo and conditioner set. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the packaging could use some improvement. The bottles are hard to squeeze, and it’s frustrating trying to get the product out, especially towards the end. A lot of product gets left behind, and I have to cut the bottles open to get the rest. A pump dispenser would make it so much easier to use. Aside from that, the shampoo and conditioner work well for my hair type, and I’ll continue to buy it. Just wish they’d fix the bottle design!

My hair has never felt better. I am a person who is very selective about Shampoos and conditioners. I have used this brand before but the white bottles one and after using that my hair felt greasier. So, I stopped using it. But one of my friends recommended this purple Biotin and Collagen one. I have hair fall issues, and any product takes time to set on my hair. But right after using 3rd day of it, my hair fall has gotten better. My hair is less frizzy and oily. Also, my scalp does not get too oily. One of the best things about this shampoo and conditioner is it does not contain Salfer which is bad for any types of hair. Also, it added volume to my hair. I really like this product. Pricing is very much valid than any other products I have used so far. It has been almost a month I have been using this, it's worth the price. Lastly, I love how a very little amount is enough for my hair. Pros: Nice smell, perfect for oily scalp, valid price, reduce hair fall, no more fizziness. Cons: Dry scalp people should not use it as it can make your scalp a bit drier.

Very good shampoo and conditioner for the price- my hair is so soft!

Okay, I’ve used this product years ago when I was losing some hair. I remember it was effective and helped me back them but was causing head scars? Not sure possibly it was to drying. Coming back to the product I do feel texture and some fullness however it is drying and just doesn’t feel healthy. I think the worst part of this product is the smell. Some think it’s Devine I however think it smells like the ladies public restrooms that have been cleaned but that smell lingers ladies know what I’m talking about. Let me tell that is not pleasant to be dousing your hair in and having to inhale ever unfortunate moment my hair gets close to my nostrils. I do think it’s effective but I need to use some moisturizing product after or leave in conditioner since it drys out my hair. That being said unfortunately this product just doesn’t work for ME however scents smell different on different people think I’m full is advertised and I do believe that it stays true to that. The value for the original price point is debatable thought.

I love this shampoo and conditioner I’ve used it for a month and I’ve noticed a change in my hair it’s not falling out as bad this don’t have any harsh Chemicals in it either but I do a pre comb in the shower before I get my hair wet I do have a hair trap so I can grab the hair so it don’t go down my drain so I pick that up put it on the wall then I wash my hair then rinse then I condition it I pin it you with a clip let it sit for 5 minutes then I take my hair I just grab it and split separate it I comb throughly on both sides then I do one side rinse and comb out then I do the other side then I bring it all back and comb again to make sure all the conditioner is out of my hair because if you miss just a little bit your hair will get and or feel gummy so be careful it does have a strong smell at first but after about a month you will get used it they have many scents they do sell this at Walmart

I bought then Bec I had seen some good reviews. But I didn’t like the product much . It leaves my hair very dry . Even the conditioner doesn’t seem to give the smooth and shiny after feel that you would want. Will definitely be not buying them again.

This product creamy texture of OGX Thick &full shampoo suited my hair, noticed less hair and volume to my fine hair. Can I get the same product again. Present product of the shampoo is transparent watery, it's not suiting my hair 😑 sad.
