Genesis 20" Girl's Inspire Bike

The directions to put the bike together were kinda vague, Figured it out in a bit longer thenni thought it should take......the only issue we have is the front tire won't go on. My husband has even broken a wrench trying to losen the nut so the tire might go on the Axle has bolts on it and they won't fit in the appropriate spots. MY DAUGHTER HAS LOOKED AT THIS BILE FOR A WEEK AND CANT RIDE IT.....BECAUSE WE CANT GET THE TIRE ON.....TRIED TO CONTACT THE SELLER HOWEVER IT I GUESS IT APPEARS TO NOT BE AN OPTION., Update I have reached out to a bike shop and was told the bike is bent and pretty much deemed it useless. We will see if we are reimbursed, or if they send us a new bike, my daughter is super sad.

This bike sucks my daughter is crying and now we will have to wait a whole week honestly I give this review a 1 ⭐️ And it was hard to assemble
