Finally a product that helps me sleep. I like the Cherry flavor and mix it with a tablespoon of tart cherry juice. I think the liquid form absorbs quicker/better in my stomach than a pill option (for me).

Great taste and really relaxes you

I was looking for something to assist me in falling asleep and this came up in my search. I find it almost does the opposite. I'm laying awake for an hr trying to fall asleep and feel restless. I did just retire and my routine is abnormal now so maybe that will change. Tastes good and I'm sure the supplements assist in other ways. I will go back to melatonin at night or maybe I need to take this earlier in the evening.
