These melting chocolate wafers are great for baking and dipping! They melt smoothly without clumping and are easy to work with for treats and desserts. The taste is good and the bulk size is perfect for frequent use. Great quality and very convenient!

Good flavor but if shipping when warm it does melt into a blob

Good product overall. However, it does not come with instructions whether to microwave or melt over double boiler. Also, as much as I acknowledge that it's 80-90 degrees in the summer, the pieces were all melted in one large blob during transit. I took the delivery inside soon after delivery, its already melted and re-solidified. There's probably no solution to that so be aware. That makes it messy to retrieve from the bag and made a mess over the stove. Fortunately, the blob melted just fine over hot water. If you're using food coloring (oil based) with it, make sure to have plenty on hand. The white pulls the colors. It required a lot a red to make it look red. Blue, green, and purple were fine. Bright colors like yellow and orange worked well.

Use it for making chocolate ice cream. Delicious! We love it. Also makes great Hot Chocolate. Arrived melted, but it came on a warm day via the postal service in the back of a hot truck. I just let it harden again and chip off the amount I need for ice cream, weighing the chunks. Melts beautifully; thus melting in the postal truck wasn’t a problem for me at all. Update: Purchased the 5 lb bag as it’s almost half the price for the amount of chocolate I received. 45 cents an ounce vs. 81 cents plus I get to make 5 times the amount of ice cream and other chocolate-dipping goodies! win/win for me! Love this chocolate! PLUS the postal worker came early today and didn’t drive around with it in a hot truck all day; so it wasn’t melted. I don’t even have to chip this chocolate up which is nice as well. So glad I ordered the five pound bag! Latest update: Cold spell came in and we were craving hot chocolate. I put one wafer per ounce of milk and heated until melted. No sugar or anything else. Best hot chocolate we’ve ever had.

The chocolate melts very well in the microwave. Easy to put into molds. The milk chocolate seems thin though and does not have a strong chocolate flavor. Not 100% sure i would buy again.

These melt evenly and stay at the right temp and consistency for a long period making it great for dipping. I used them to dip football shaped cake pops and they worked really well. They are also quite tasty, and I would consider them better than chocolate chips for taste. It also hardens quick, levels well, and has a nice finish to it (I did not have a haze like a reviewer had mentioned)

Meltability: I used a double boiler (one bowl on top of boiling water) to melt it. It melted just fine. I received the chocolate melts as a whole block. I know this happened because ordering in the summer time when it’s hot anything will melt. So I wasn’t really upset with the way it arrived. Taste: The taste was good, not too sweet. I purchased this to make the famous Dubai chocolate bars and everyone loved them and said they were so delicious. Quality: Quality is good. I ordered the milk chocolate melts as some people prefer milk chocolate over other chocolate. I added some coconut oil in with the melted chocolate which made it very smooth. I would definitely purchase again, just be careful if ordering when the weather is hot. Overall good product.
