Warning: long post. But I want to leave a detailed, honest review so people have a realistic look at what to expect.I begun taking this medication on February 26th. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I knew for a fact if I had quit successfully or not. Its now April 6th and I am more than a month 100% nicotine free. I couldn't be happier. This medication is the ONLY reason I was able to quit. I tried cold turkey. I tried weaning off. I tried nicotine patches. Nothing worked, id always fail in a couple days. I actually saw people discussing this medication in a TikTok comment section of all things and decided I was desperate enough to risk it. That decision was probably one of the best Ive ever made.I have been smoking for 7 years. The past 4 or so of those years, I've been a HEAVY smoker. I started on cigarettes and swapped to vaping, and I was hitting my every 5 minutes if I could. I could barely go an hour without smoking, and I would already be teetering on a panic attack at the hour mark. Nicotine controlled my life. I was either vaping, or thinking about when I could again. This medication finally helped me quit the habit.So, in full disclosure, it isn't a magical cure. You will still have some cravings. You may still have some mild withdrawal symptoms. You definitely have to want to quit. But, as someone who's tried multiple methods, this medication genuinely made quitting feel easy in comparison. The first few days were a bit rough, but they were frustrating more than anything. I kept absentmindedly reaching for my vape, only for it to not be there. By the end of the first few days, this had tapered off, and by the end of the first week it was barely a problem anymore. On days 3 through 5, I was fairly more irritable than normal, but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as trying to quit through the other methods. Other than that and an increased appetite, I genuinely didn't experience a single side effect. No headaches, or nausea, or any of the other common side effects. I was just slightly cranky for 2 days and then I was good to go. When I tried to quit cold turkey, the cravings were all consuming. I couldn't focus on anything else and they were bordering on driving me insane. It was torture. With this medication, it's an absentminded thought to hit my vape, remembering I can't, and the equivalent of a "darn. Oh well".I was concerned what would happen once I completed the medication, but it wasn't bad at all. Throughout taking the medication, the cravings gradually faded until I only maybe thought of it once a day. Once I finished the medication, they came back somewhat, but they were relatively mild and fairly easy to ignore, just like when I was on the medication. Within another week, I was barely thinking about it again. I'm now more than a month nicotine free and I may think about it once a day, usually only if someone is smoking around me. Do I miss it? Somewhat. But it's so easy to just, not start again. And I wouldn't be at this point if it weren't for this medication.If you've been wanting to quit, I highly, highly recommend giving this medication a shot. It was a godsend for me.

This product WORKS!! Which undoubtedly why you can't buy it in the USA.Seriously, if you honestly want to quit smoking, this product works. I smoked over 40 years and was shocked how well this worked. In my experience, I had ZERO side effects, and almost zero cravings. I have never encountered a stop-aid that eliminated cravings, but this one did. Success! I am currently 9 months tobacco free and going strong!

I bought these and sat on them for 3 months. I was afraid to take them since it isn’t legal in the US. I finally did after having no luck quitting heavy vaping for 10 years. Followed the direction exactly. 100 percent works. Life changing. I had a couple of side effect. Vivid dreams and poor sleep. Extreme thirst and a little upset stomach the first week. Almost completely eliminated cravings. I tell everyone I know about it. Incredible medicine!

looked up directions, quit vaping on day 7 (supposed to on day 5 but i’m hardheaded), stopped taking pills after day 12, was vape free for 45 days until i had an oopsy while drinking with bf. will use leftovers to quit again soon lol

I'm still smoking....it did lessen the amount but can't help with the habit part of the addiction. Maybe it depends on your personal chemistry as to how effective it is.

This really works. Makes me wonder why it isn’t readily available in every for-profit US pharmacy…Just remember, you do have to make an effort. This isn’t magic that will completely rid you of the desire to use nicotine.However, if you begin to skip a cigarette or vape puff here and there, you’ll begin to notice you reach for those products less and less.I used this product to quit vaping (8 years of vaping, and 16 years of smoking prior). I also bought a 0% nicotine vape to help.

Literally the best product since sliced bread if you or someone you know smokes and wants to quit they need to try this. I barely had any withdrawals just hand to mouth but you can overcome that by chewing gum or whatever else. I vaped for 8 years and never thought I could quit this easy or quick. I was on the fence about quitting and I was still able to. Very very satisfied with this product, I did not think it was gonna help at all but it’s an actual life saver. I did not have any side effects and I did not feel any different then usual

This stuff really helps, but you really have to want to quit. I was down to 5 a day and started again, but I’m giving it another go.
