Taste great and seems to work as intended. I add this to my water every afternoon. They say, as you get older, you're body produces less creatine. This helps fill that gap.

Do not get the raspberry flavor one
I don't think one container is enough to really see much of a difference. I don't recommend the blue raspberry flavor to anyone though because it did start to have an artificial sweetener aftertaste that was unpleasant. The fruit punch flavor is better.

Gross taste
Blue raspberry tastes terrible. Tastes like I just drank soap. Dont get it. I was hoping to get a flavored creatine to put in water and enjoy a drink but now I wish I would've just gotten the unflavored.
