My first time using this brand but I am a strong advocate for Black Elderberry for support to my immune system. I know from previous experience that the Elderberry helps my immune system. I’ve taken my HAVASU Elderberry faithfully every day. I’m so blessed to have not even had a cold! My doctor called me a month ago and first thing out of her mouth was,”where have you been?” I told her I was trying to stay out of her office! So Yes! There’s no doubt in my mind that my immune system has greatly benefited from my Elderberry pills! Just finished my last bottle and I have four ordered that will be here tomorrow. I simply cannot urge you enough to get these pills and take them! If you have a weakened immune system like mine, you’ll be so glad you got them. Elderberry is great for strengthening the immune system. This has more of the active ingredient than the gummies (which were delicious). I'd had something good happen since I"ve been taking it. My one ear has been clogged since I had an ear infection in Dec '16. I felt it drain earlier this week and now seems to be resolved. I'm delighted!

This really seemed to work, which was great bc the liquid is so much less convenient and is more expensive. I have chronic EBV (viral condition), so I always need to be taking things to keep it at bay. Most of what works gets very pricey. This worked great at 2 capsules 3x/day, but at that rate it too would get a little pricey. When I lowered it to more like 3 caps/day, it still seemed helpful. I don’t, unfortunately, think one cap/day would be right for most ppl really fighting any kind of infection. But good for immune maintenance at that dose. If you’re sick- take 6/day and I bet it’ll help!

Wanted to wait to write a review after using the product for awhile. These are great! Definitely helping boost immunity, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because my kids prefer the gummies over these, otherwise great product

From my recent and continued use of elderberry I noticed I dont get as sick throughout the year even with being around sick ppl.

it never hurts to take some additional for your immune system even though mine has been doing well throughout the years. But the older you get some additions needs to be taken. I love these capsules. Easy to take, no after effects like you get with some supplement with nasty taste or anything like that. Havasu has multiple products that I take and definitly recommend

We are new to the Elderberry world. So far so good! These are very easy to swallow, make ya feel all around good, and impeccable boost to the immune system. We will definitely be purchasing this product again, just wish they weren't so expensive but for the quality well worth it!Update: just came back from an all inclusive vacay and got not one sniffle. As we all know the airplanes are like a germ haven and I usually always come back sick but not this time thanks for 3 Elderberry capsules per day!
