Q: How's the quality of ths piece? I read on various places online that they have clear coat issues, pin holes, and loose rivets for the badge.

There are few pin holes due to the light coating of clear. And since its a dry Carbon its kinda expected. As i am using in tropical humid region it only has some blemishes on the coating after a year used n exposed to sun & rain. U might wanna reapply another clear coat laquer on it

Q: How will it be installed? Double side tape or drilling holes?

This item installs with a high strength double sided tape.

Q: Will this fit a 2015 evo x ?

Should fit like a glove for evo X (cz4a) with the standard oem high spoiler as the photo shown

Q: will this fit a lancer oem spoiler?

Yes the inside of the trunk has holes that line up with EVO X spoiler just have to drill those holes
