Backwoods Birch smells awesome!! You have to wait 24 hours to let the oil soak the wood and then hang it in your car. Super happy, my car smells wonderful!!

Smells very nice but not over powering. Masculine scent is very nice and reminds me of the beach.

It smells great, but the problem is in warmer seasons where your car gets really hot, the smell doesn't even last a day. Honestly this air freshener would work much better in a room rather than a car

I was looking for an air freshener for the 2016 Toyota Tundra that I just bought. When I test drove it, I noticed that it had this kind of chemical smell to it, that although wasn't suffocating, it was slightly annoying. Anyway, I've tried air fresheners from AutoZone and other retail stores, in the past, and the smell either fades way too fast, or it's an overkill. I saw this product as an Amazon recommendation while looking at spray wax, and I figured that I'd give it a try and get the 'Beach Bum' scent. I was a little concerned about the cost, but when I noticed that it comes with 1.6 oz of fragrance oil, and that it only takes a few drops to scent the flag, it was clear to me that if I liked it, the freshener would last me quite some time. As soon as I opened the package and emptied the contents, the first thing I noticed, was that the American flag, the fragrance oil bottle, and the plastic bag, were all very good quality. I put the flag in the bag along with several drops of fragrance oil as directed, and let it sit overnight. When I took it out, I could smell it right away, but it wasn't overbearing. I hung the flag on hanger hook in the back seat and went about my business. When I got in my truck, several hours later, I was amazed at how good it smelled. I've had it in my truck for about 4 days now, and I am very happy with my Arotag Air Freshener. My truck smells 100% better than it did, and I am comfortable recommending this product to everyone.

I get it, I like the fact that it is a reusable air refresher and I imagine that over time, as the oil saturates the wood completely, it will last longer. I like the scent, but it’s a little to vanilla for me. I was looking for something a little more muskier than this. But it’s a cool concept. I’d imagine you could even use essential oils on it too to get the scent you really want.

My husband has been using arotags in his vehicles for years and I always loved the way his two cars smell. I bought two as stocking stuffers for Christmas, one for my own car and one for my son's so now all four of our vehicles have arotags in them and always smell great inside!
