I’m 58 and was starting to feel achy in the mornings and sort of worn out in the afternoons. I just figured it’s aging and there’s nothing to do about it. Well,I started taking this creatine and I have my energy back and aches are gone!! I’m not making this up, I swear!! I was told to take 3 gummies but I’ve only been taking two and the effects are amazing. They are big gummies, soft and chewy. The flavor is ok but has an aftertaste that isn’t awesome. The aftertaste doesn’t linger though. These were pricy but I will get them again. They are easy to pop a few in the morning and the quality seems very high. I recommend this to anyone feeling old. It might make a difference to you as well!!!

These are terrific: they taste really good, almost like candy; are well packaged; and seem well-made and pure (as pure as sweetened, flavored gummies can be!). My only issue with them is that regular powdered creatine is much cheaper and mixes easily with water, juice, Huel, put whatever. But if you want gummies and don’t mind $1/day, these are great.

Easy way to take Creatine..no getting out the blender to make a smoothie or find a drink to dissolve the Creatine. This form makes Creatine portable and packable for travel. The gummies aren’t too sweet and have a mild after taste that soon dissipates .

Inconsistent… i’ve ordered this product three times now… The first time the flavor was pretty enjoyable and even had this little sugary textured exterior, which made it a little bit more of a treat when eating these each day. But what I found with the second order was the consistency was different… They didn’t have the same intensity or the same flavor and the color was even different. The third order was even worse… The texture on the outside was gone the color was inconsistent and the flavor was a lot less intense. If I would’ve ordered this last bat first… I would’ve never afforded him again. I thought perhaps my second batch which was just a little off… But each time I ordered them they’re different. Why are they different? Why is there no consistency?

I’ve tried most of the flavors from Create Gummies, and while sour green apple is still my personal favorite, the orange flavor is just as delicious. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them — they all taste really good, which makes it easy to stay consistent. What really stands out is the benefits. Since taking these, I’ve noticed my arms looking more toned and I feel way more recovered after my workouts. Less soreness, quicker bounce-back, and they’ve just become part of my routine now. Easy 5 stars for taste and results.

Taste good and convenient! I started incorporating these into my morning routine and have felt a difference in my focus throughout the day. Only have been taking for a couple of weeks, so I look forward to seeing the difference it makes in terms of my workouts. The texture is a bit grainy, however it is not something that bothers me and it is easier then taking creatine in powder form.
