Outset QB00 BBQ, 1 EA, Rosewood 3 Piece Tool Set

The wooden handles on the spatula and fork were damaged (dented, chipped and generally dinged up) and so loose that they rattled when the utensils were tilted right and left as one would do when flipping burgers. I'm guessing this is a result of shoddy manufacturing. It's unfortunate because the metal portions of these utensils are very thick and sturdy. Oh well, back to Amazon for a refund...

This is a great set of tools for the price. I was worried about the gauge of steel and wood. You know i did not want the flimsy type tongs that bend when you pick up ribs...or worse the wood rot off after 2 uses. But these are very sturdy, and the wood is thick they should last a long time. There are grooves in the wood handles that give your fingers and thumb places to sit. They are ergonomically comfortable. i look forward to years of grilling with these

This was a Father's Day gift for my husband and he says the spatula is the best grill spatula he has ever used. He loves it! There is a little wiggle between the blade and handle that worries me (mostly because of some of the reviews) but it seems sturdy enough for now. The tongs worked fine too.

I bought this BBQ set for my husband. He absolutely loves all the pieces. He can cut steak with the spatula. He can do all he needs to do with just the 3 pieces. They are very well made and I am sure they will last for many years. They are very, very nice looking, too.

Heavy! The only complaint I have is that they are made in China. However, they are heavy duty and seem to be made of decent stainless. I leave them hanging under my grill cover. So they are exposed to humidity and weather changes. I have not seen any change in their appearance. I'd say these are as nice or nicer than any you'll find at the big box stores and these cost less!

VERY NICE. HEAVY DUTY, STRONG (TONGS ARE NOT AS STRONG, BUT GOOD ENOUGH) LONG REACH TO GET YOU AWAY FROM THE HEAT. WILL PROBABLY LAST A LONG TIME.

Great looking set for the BBQ, so much better than the ones you would normally buy every year.Love them.
