Very effective, good price for amount and strength, healthy and clean

It really works! It takes a while, but it really works! I took two per day for two months, and was about to move on and try a different cognitive enhancer. At about 50 days in, I started to notice my memory improving. Where in the past I might have searched for the right word, now I have to decide between the choices that suddenly arrive. I realize this is just subjective—but if you read the medical literature, the only known ways to induce neurogenesis (nerve growth) in the hippocampus, where memory lives, are meditation and Lion's Mane. Try it, but be patient; it takes time.

Helps with memory and mental sharpness/focus.

This product does seem to help with focus, I found it a bit too effective for my needs to take the full recommended dose. From what I can tell, it seems like a high quality product.

I take it an hour before sleep and it helps me get back to sleep if I i wake up. NO digestive upset and it seems to be effective. It's reasonably priced too, a big plus

Pues la memoria esa si no he notado gran diferencia, pero en la estabilidad emocional si, muy tranquila y apacible. En los primeros días sentía como sueño todo el tiempo pero fue pasajero. Si lo recomiendo. Actualizalacion 2 bote , desde que las tomo no he enfermado, deje de tomar mi pastillas de la alergia. Da mucha hambre la memoria sigue igual :)
