Great product!
I used these for two runs in an insulated wall — the first brought 5 cables down from behind the TV to some floating shelves, the second took a large bundle of power & ethernet cables from the floating shelves down to the power/ethernet jacks at the bottom of the wall.TL;DR: This is an excellent product that I would absolutely recommend and probably will purchase again in the future for other projects. The product was definitely well-made, and installation was pretty simple. Here are some things I learned that I would like to share with anyone else considering this product:• I can absolutely confirm that the elbows/plates absolutely can be painted without having to prep the surface. Of course, the paint will scratch off a bit doing some rougher cable pulls, but that's to be expected (I just did some paint touch-up when I was done).• Drilling the hole in the drywall sends drywall dust EVERYWHERE — _incredibly_ messy. If you can do that part without furniture around and/or laying down some covers first, you will be much better off. Like an idiot, I hung my shelves first, and cleanup was a pain. Note: this has nothing to do with this product itself.• There's a reason they include a plumb bob in the package! My first run was a straight drop down, and feeding cables through there was insanely easy. My second run was, by necessity, about 10° off of vertical and feeding cables through there became exceedingly difficult the fuller the conduit became. Every cord required the use of a cable fish to get it through, and the last few had to be fed one at a time. This is because the conduit is flexible, and off of vertical, doesn't form a completely straight line from point A to point B. I'm not sure if the insulation in the wall made this worse or better. On the one hand, the insulation held the bend in place and made it tricky to work with every time. On the other hand, without that insulation the conduit may have sagged enough to make it even more tricky. Long story short, unless you absolutely have to, you want to make sure that both ends are vertically aligned.

Awesome kit, but make sure you check for fire blocks
BEFORE YOU BUY PLEASE READ: First off, This is an awesome kit. Good instructions (shown in mm not inches FYI) and it includes everything you need. If I can give some advice it’s this: before you install or drill the holes, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WALL FOR FIRE BLOCKS. they’re horizontal 2x4 boards designed to prevent fire spreading between the walls. If you have them between the two holes you cannot use this UNLESS you drill though the fire block. I HIGHLY recommend that you buy a stud finder that can detect wires to look for fire blocks and wires running along them. (Electricians often staple wires to the fire blocks.) turn the stud finder horizontal and run it up and down the wall instead of side to side. I started my install and found out I had a fire block half way down between the two holes. I managed to still get everything installed, but it definitely turned it into a difficult task. If there aren’t any fire blocks, this kit is so easy to install a child could do it. I highly recommend this kit and will be buying one for my other rooms.

It’s ok
Very expensive. Good quality. Works perfectly on Sheetrock. Will not work for people that have plastered walls

No more cables to look at...
A little pricey, but seems to be very well made, so worth a little extra money. Love not having to look at cables any longer. Should have bought this much sooner than I did. Easy to install, took a little patience to get the tube fed down inside the wall as it is an outside wall, but taking it easy (not being to aggressive) paid off. Looks great once installed, professional look. Glad I spent the money to get this. Save some clean up time - put something down to catch the dry wall dust when drilling the holes into the wall. I had no issues with the tools supplied with this unit. Help tip... I had a issue with an obstruction behind my wall that kept me from using the first hole that I drilled for this project. I was able to drill a second hole that intersected the first hole. This gave me a “plug” piece that was the perfect size and shape to patch the first hole. I was able to secure the patch piece in place; a little mud work and paint, and it looks perfect.

You can do this on your own. It looks great.
Wow! I was gonna hire someone to do this for me but I decided to handle this on my own. Thank goodness I did. The product came with everything you needed that on the pictures as advertised. All you need is a drill and maybe a stud finder so you won’t make a mistake of drilling a hole right where the stud is. I Installed my at the perfect spot behind my mounted tv but after drilling the hole I noticed a firewall right below. Oops! Now I gotta do extra work. Didn’t know any other way to do it and I was definitely not going to relocate it. So I went to Home Depot and purchased another hole saw slightly bigger than the hose size that was provided to drill through the firewall. I had to cut my drywall to give me enough room for me to get a good angle to drill. Had to use my drywall/paint ready skills to patch it up but was glad it worked out. Looks like I didn’t even cut the drywall. Other than that everything else was great. Looks nice and I’m glad I didn’t pay anyone to do it.

Great prodcut if your drywall is 1/2" or less, otherwise it's not good
The kit itself it great. But they don't exactly make it clear that it only works on 1/2" drywall or thinner. I had to dremel the plastic and muscle it in to make it work for a 3/4" drywall which is standard in the US. This should be very clearly stated.
