Great Travel Backpack
Good for travel but not hiking. About the biggest pack you carry on most flights. Fits nicely overhead and barely under seat with expansion zipper closed. Padded compartments for15" laptop. (mine's 13") and tablets (I carry 2). Large enough central compartment for clothes, unlike many "business" packs which have too many compartments. Checkpoint friendly. I got a black one from REI where I could make sure about the configuration and make sure it's comfortable. Noticeably cheaper especially for members. Waist straps and in fact all straps can be stowed if they're in the way. Side handle so it can be carried brief-case style. North Face great materials, design and construction..

The best
travelled with so many one bag packs. This is my favorite. very comfortable, expandable, padded straps with load lifters, and a hidden pocket just for a passport.
