You might notice some burping or gas, but it’s mild and not surprisingly not fishy or gross, definitely better than my previous experiences.Just a heads up: fishy stools can happen, but that’s pretty normal with oil-based supplements, not a flaw in the product itself.The capsules are on the larger side, but they go down smoothly once you get used to them. Overall... I'm going to keep this on my regimen.

I love Thorne products so I bought this to replace an inferior product. I gave it 4 stars only because the gel cap is HUGE and I think I’d choke on it so I don’t even want to try to swallow it, but my husband has no problem with it, so I’ll have to come back and update after he’s been taking it for awhile.

Fantastic omega-3, the DHA and EPA are the best I’ve found. The source from small fishes is perfect for me and overall quality is excellent.
