My kids make a mess with the soap dispenser we have (the store bought push pump liquid soap ones), so I set out to try to find something nicer and that might make less of a mess. This item was appealing to me, because I thought it might create less mess, and because it could be put on the wall (so it would help with the counter top clutter). Item was a lot nicer than expected. The clear dispenser that holds the soap is nice and thick plastic. Comes with a 3M strip, so you simple open it. . . stick the 3M strip to the dispenser, then attach to the wall and you are done. Works great with liquid foam soap (I have never used non foaming soap in it).

I purchased this, among other supplies, for my business a month before opening, and set it up. Upon testing, it worked fine. After opening shop, when trying to use, light would come on per sensor, but no foam/soap/liquid came out. I checked the batteries, intake straw for any clogging - couldn't see anything. (Note: The liquid soap used was very diluted with distilled water for the solution.) Had to purchase new dispenser elsewhere - been too busy w/business start to pack up and return. This one was complete waste of money.

This soap dispenser works as good as a much more expensive one that I own. I like the 2 settings for how much soap it dispenses at a time. I also like the larger size. Instead of 8 oz., it holds 16 oz. I do agree with a few other comments that it is not the most wonderful looking machine, but it does work good. It is easy to fill also and you can easily see how much soap you have. You can even mount this one on the wall. I have owned it for over a month now and it's still working good. I am concerned about the quality of the plastic holder. It seems a little cheap. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If this dispenser lasts 1-2 years, I will be happy and may even consider buying another one.

This dispenser has been the best purchase for keeping my bathroom clean with kids! We have a pedestal sink without a place to put soap so they were making a mess in other places when using our pump dispenser. Since attaching this dispenser to the wall above the sink, my kids are washing their hands more often AND keeping my bathroom clean. It works great! I would definitely recommend screwing it into the wall over using the sticky pad.

I actually love it and bought a second one. The first one still works wonderfully! The 2nd one quit working already. Thought it was the batteries but it is dead even with new batteries. It's only been 3 months. I want another one because they are great when they work but I'm kind of worried.

I put dish washing liquid in this which does well for greasy hands from working on the motorcycle. It also does the trick for the dishes too! One must put very little dish liquid with lots of water, but that does not diminish the grease cutting because you can rub it all over the hands before rinsing. I use about 1/4 scented dish soap to 3/4 water. One can use any foaming soap straight from the dispenser it comes with, but the dish washing is best for dirty hands from the vehicles.

Followed instructions exactly for use with regular soap. After a few dispenses, it clogged up and stopped. I cleared it using only water, diluted the water/soap mix even more than recommended, and it clogged up again. Sending it back. Follow up. After writing the above review, I re-read some other reviews and found one that stated they used a ratio of 4:1 water to soap, much more than the instructions call for. I decided to try diluting even more than before and it began working fine. I'm not sure at this point what my ratio is because I simply added a lot of water to the original batch of soap I had not discarded. A guess is that it's probably on the order of 4:1. I want to use it in the kitchen and am using Palmolive Dish Soap. I'm going to hold off returning to see how I like it. Will follow up again at later date.

Loaded with fresh batteries, does not turn on. Reloaded with top brand batteries, still does not turn on. Instructions are not user friendly and very confusing as it applies to different models.
