I'm not fan of BCAA other than my protein I take but this I bought and use once start wearing down in the gym. I go back to being refreshed and back to normal verses I'm a mess at the end. Give it a try

I love this stuff! It has definitely helped aid in muscle recovery (that I've noticed) and has a really great flavor. I bought the strawberry coconut. I don't use as much as reccomended and still get a great boost of energy and feel great the next day.

I was so excited to get this product today. I recorded myself opening it and it turned into a disaster. The product seal was not on correctly and as soon as I took it out of the box there was powder falling out. I took pics, removed the plastic seal and continued to record. Removed the lid and the seal around the top was not closed all the way so the powder was coming out. I'm not sure if I'm ok with using it now.

One of the best tasting bcaas I’ve ever had and the + hydration makes it stand out from the rest. Awesome flavors, great product. Would definently recommend!

This stuff is disgusting! It has a very chalky consistency no matter how much you try and mix it. Never purchasing again!
