Unusually effective !
Absolutely brilliant, easy to use and exception results. Take your time to match the colours and flooring texture to produce an invisible repair. This kit has so many other uses especially if you're into furniture restoration.

Its a good product but difficult to master!
So its much harder to get the knack than its suggested. U can with patience and a bit of practice. So dont try and rush a rwpair. It works but its tricky.

Expensive but worked well
Worked much better than I anticipated the pads that come in the pack I’m not sure what they do really and the white one disintegrates when used. However the wax colours are a good match for my floors and I was impressed with the result as I’m in no way a specialist at DIY . But for cost of product and the small amount of wax, I’d only give it 5 stars if it was less expensive

Amazing!
Had the builders in and they managed to dent 2 floors and put 3 scratches in another! Only one floor was quickstep, but this kit is amazing for all wood floors. It is so simple to use and I can't even find the scratches and dents any more! Excellent product would definitely recommend to everyone!

Problem solved (eventually)
I put a hole in our nearly new conservatory floor. To ensure a swift departure from the dog house I immediately ordered this kit and availed myself of the Quickstep repair video on Youtube. The colour codes are not in the kit, I rang Quickstep and they sent a PDF with the codes. However, the code for my floor didn't help, probably because it's very heavily grained and figured oak. After lots of trial and error an acceptable result was achieved. I decided to disguise the hole as a pretty convincing knot. So, a reasonable product, a good result is possible, but it's a bit unpredictable and a bit expensive

It does the work
The kit does the work. It fills the damage. But it is not easy to get the right colour, especially to create the wood texture like some instruction videos.

Quick step laminate repair
Done exactly what I needed it to do , colour match was spot on mixing wax supplied. Can’t see repair unless you’re looking close . i.e down on your hands and knees Would definitely recommend
