After reading other reviews about how wonderful this product is for menstrual pain, I ordered it for my wife. Poor thing has always had the worst menstrual pain. The first time I saw her suffer this agony, she had just moved in with me (we were in our 20's). I had never seen a woman hurt so badly. I felt so bad for her I went out and put her a gift basket together! It had chocolates, Midol, a stuffed bear, and a bottle of wine. I felt like an idiot but I just wanted to do anything I could to help her. She's talked to doctors over the decades and nothing has changed. This woman can take pain too. She delivered our beautiful daughter when she was 25 WITHOUT painkillers of any kind. 100% natural childbirth, she never cried out and was so graceful with her delivery. It was amazing to see her level of bravery. And yet her periods virtually cripple her every month. I adopted the strategy that I would do whatever it takes to spare her from this monthly misery. We have used everything from herbs, nutritional supplements, drinking more water, getting more sleep, heating pads, TENS devices, and most recently she has started taking my extremely powerful muscle relaxers for help. I have to take 6 potent muscle relaxers a day for my neck and back. I retired after 30 years of competing and instructing in the MMA. These high power relaxers barely touched her pain. I never quit! I never give up. I kept looking... And then I ordered this product from this supplier. For the last two months, my wife hasn't suffered anywhere near the level of pain and discomfort as all those many long years before. As a matter of fact, her "monthly ordeal" has shortened from the better part of a week to almost less than three days. She can now go about these days with little inconvenience. Being a man, I will never know the pain women suffer from this issue, but I do know if other ladies hadn't posted their reviews about this product--I would still be searching. I'm almost 50 but I would never stop looking if she was in pain of any kind. I just couldn't stand to see her hurt the way she has all these years. Now? You better believe she is so much happier and totally thrilled with me! An unintended bonus, to be sure--but I will take it! This Wild Lettuce Extract from ZAZZEE ain't no joke! Well packaged, fine quality, super effective. We *will* be buying it every month from here on out. Helps a lot with my other pain and sleep issues as well. I even bought seeds so I could grow the stuff myself, should ZAZZEE ever stop producing this fine product.

I have found this very effective for a great night's sleep when combined with Reishi broken spore powder. It's been decades since I have slept this well. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be very effective.

I can't take many medications because of my kidneys so I tried this wild lettuce. It has helped my pain a good bit even though it isn't completely gone. I tried taking it in the morning and at night. It seems to have helped more at night after I've been active during the day to relieve the pain so I can sleep. I will be buying it again.

Shipping was extremely quick. There were bad driving conditions due to ice on the roads the day is was supposed to be delivered and and they sent a message letting me know it would be delayed a day and understandably because the road conditions were poor that day. Came in the next day. As for pain management it is comparable to ibuprofen. As for a sleep aid it did not promote restful sleep for me. Not sure why because I saw so many reviews stating that it helped them with insomnia. One weird side effect I noticed was a little bit of weight loss? I won’t complain about that! And lastly I took one dose before going to work and I found it was hard to concentrate on anything and made quite a few errors that day. It’s not quite as promising that I hoped it would be, but I will continue to experiment with it.

I have Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Disk Disease, ME/CFS, IC/PBS, IBS and chronic migraines. I am what my doctors call a "zebra," and less than 10% of what we have tried in the past 5 yrs has worked for ANY of my conditions. Was a little worried about side effects (always am due to my unique makeup), so began with one, then went up to two. I now take 2 capsules every day around mid-morning, and then again around my bewitching hours between 3-5 PM. I have also added Turmeric to my routine. I have NO side effects, I have NO pain, NO buzz, just pain-free. I haven't felt like this in YEARS. And just to be sure...I ran out a week ago...pain is BACK with a vengeance. I DO take a Pearls-yeast preventative-probiotic every day so perhaps that is why I haven't had stomach issues. I would HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE looking to get off of opioids and Gabapentin (the latter I am starting to wean myself off of-VERY bad stuff but only thing that has ever worked for my pains). I am EXCITED to receive my next bottle and will NEVER allow myself to run out of this again. SO grateful!!!

Back in the 60s, a number of pot heads in our little community, in High School, brought in an article from a California underground newspaper.” The article was about a weed found growing in California called wild lettuce. The article talked about identifying the plant, harvesting and preparing it for medicinal use. A friend of mine were talking about our constant pain one evening. We’ve both graduated and entered into that special class of adults. As hard as it will be, everyone will one day become an older citizens who suffers in their zeinth years. If you doun’t consider yourself blessed. We both have similar backgrounds in life. When we were younger, our physical activities, punished our bodies. As we talked about the medical system in our little town, doesn’t want to find answers to our physical issues. We both said, it appears our local doctors don’t appear to want to help us. We’ve know each other for over 35 years. Thirty five years ago, our physicians trusted us not to abuse medication they wrote prescriptions for, to help us deal with our pain, because of the opioid crisis in our country.. Our physicians told us they were no longer going to write prescriptions. Then directed us to start going to a pain management doctor. We are both business owners with families. After they explained why they would no longer provide us with medication we realized we needed to find something that will help us. I gave my friend half of the capsules , and he gave me about 100 seeds he harvested last summer. We wanted to find something pain suffers can take to provide. Many of the books we read had beneficial herbal remedies, some dating back to the early 1800s. After taking these capsules, I cannot say they helped better than anything opioid drugs. There might have been a step or two we missed. There leaves of the Wild lettuce weed are not where you will find your pain relief. As this plant grows, you will need to score the biggest limbs. When lightly scored with a sharp knife. You will notice a creamy colored sap. I’m waiting for my plants next season to get big enough to collect enough sap to find out if I can produce a natural pain reliever. I’m not looking for something to get high on, I am searching for something I can grow, legally. That might provide a small amount of pain relief that will allow me to get a full night sleep.

It might be a coincidence but after I started taking it the electric zapping in my back went away

This product was my first experience using wild lettuce for pain management. I was declared permanently disabled by my doctor after a back injury in 2009. I've never accepted prescriptions for pain meds or taken disability. I just try to overcome it, but some days/weeks are very hard. I used to take Advil ~daily for about a decade, until any form of ibuprofen caused vomiting & my doctor ordered me to stop taking it. No other over the counter pain meds work, some make the pain worse. I typically use yoga/stretching & natural supplements to manage the pain, but lately it's just not enough, so thought I'd try wild lettuce. I took one of these Zazzee extra strength capsules & didn't notice any improvement, so took another. That did give some relief after about an hour, but made me extremely drowsy. I fell asleep after that, in the afternoon, which is extremely rare for me. So, I unfortunately can only use this at night before bed.

No effect at all.
