Decent case, decent value. Better than average looking.
The case arrived relatively quickly (3 days), the packaging was sub par ( the box was half open when it arrived, as the single strip of tape did not adequately secure both box flaps), but luckily the case did not fall out. The case itself seems well made. It is composed of a fiberglass composite with what appears to be a thick tolex, I bought the light brown version. The interior is satisfactory. Plush green velvet lining throughout with removable cushions at the headstock.I have a 12” Open back banjo and although it’s a very snug fit, it fits perfect with the two wedges removed. I expect the foam to adjust and compress over time and make it easier to insert the instrument. But I will take snug over loose any day. My only complaint about the interior would be that the cutout for the tailpiece is slightly off center but I can live with that.Overall it’s great looking and should suit my needs.

Solid case that could be easily improved
Overall a good case, especially for the cost ($125).Pros: Seems solidly built, with good latches, good padding, and an excellent fit for my 12" open-back banjo (Enoch Tradesman). The handle is placed correctly, so the case is well balanced when carrying. The way too large foam wedge inserts surrounding the headstock are held in place by Velcro, so they're easy to remove. There's plenty of room between the headstock and the bottom of the case, which is critical to protecting the banjo if dropped. Spacious inner compartment for strings, flask, and other necessaries.Cons: No padding in neck cradle near headstock (just a layer of plush fabric); foam wedges are way too big, so I'll need to peel off the plush fabric and cut them down. Handle is well made, but poorly designed. It has a 1/2" x 1/8" strip of hard leather that runs along the bottom side of the handle, which makes it way less comfortable to carry than if it were smooth.

Didn't fit my 12" open-back banjo
I ordered this for my 12" open-back Hoyt banjo, and it was too small. The padding around the diameter of the pot was about 12", but didn't accommodate the hardware without major manipulation/forcing. And even once I got it in, the top wouldn't close without forcing it. Maybe my banjo is just bigger than average, not sure. Otherwise this seemed like a nice case.(Like other reviewers have mentioned, Amazon's packing job on this was horrible - I ended up needing to return it anyway because it arrived with gouges in the exterior.)

Fits like a glove
Bought this for my Deering 12 inch Americana. Fits like a glove. Plenty of storage. Arrived timely and the packaging was pristine. Will be buying another (for my 11 inch open back #MarkHickler custom banjo).

Case was damaged upon receipt.
I had a 12 inch pot banjo made for me by a local luthier. It fits perfectly in the case. I like the case a lot, yet it was packed very badly upon shipping and the case arrived with some surface damage. As masses do get scuffed over time, I kept the case. BUT Saga did do a terrible job of packing the case for shipment.

High quality, open back, banjo case
Excellent quality and it fit my open back Recording King banjo perfectly! I even received a couple of compliments on this case at the local acoustic shop! Side note, there were two foam pieces vel-crowed into the top of the case. These pieces looked like they were meant to be permanent, however my banjo did not fit with them installed. Once I removed the two pieces, my banjo fit like a glove.

Great case - poor shipping
Case itself is just fine- looks nice, fits my 12” open back just fine, nice amount of room for tuner and spare strings and everything! It came some some of the exterior material torn, and with one of the latches missing two screws to hold it one the case. Cases are made to take damage so I’m glueing the material back on and finding some screws for the latch, this would be an easy 5 stars case if it weren’t for it showing up damaged, which looks to have happened to some other buyers as well.

Fix my Bart Reiter 12" great, cut some corners though
Fits good and I'm sure it will protect my banjo, great case for the money. If your picky though, there is defiantly some things that aren't completely perfect. Like the velvet could be nailed down better and the leather outside could have been cut and glued better. But nothing important was out of line and I was happy with it for the price.
