Got this computer for my son who loves gaming. It is not the fastest and latest technology, but it gets the job done. He is able to play games, edit photos, and do what a college student needs. He will continue to use this computer in his college experience. Great value for what is included!

I own this laptop - I know it's a pretty solid laptop for everything - gaming, programs, basic office work, etc. I wanted to get my friend a gift, and I read that renewed laptops still undergo inspection and are basically brand new. Unfortunately, the renewed laptop isn't as great as we had thought. Upon receiving the laptop, she noted that it was extremely slow, and asked me if this was normal? And then proceeds to send me a video of how slow the laptop is opening up Google Chrome - I then notice that the desktop background isn't even the default Windows 10 background. Either the seller tinkered with it or didn't even bother wiping out the laptop prior to shipping it. I told her to do a hard reset and wipe everything, which then returned the laptop to normal. After a few days, however, the laptop quickly began to slow down again, and had difficulties running a game. We checked the fan for overheating, just in case, but that was not the issue. My laptop is literally the same exact brand, type, specs, whatever - and hers was struggling to run the programs mine could, despite being 3-4 years old. We are returning this laptop and purchasing a different, brand new laptop.

I bought this laptop 2 years ago. Was my first gaming "PC" and it honestly sucked. Despite this though I still used it and kind of just dealt with the frame drops. Recently though I installed a new Samsung 1tb SSD and its like an entirely different computer! Definitely runs games very smoothly. Is it worth it? Probably not. Look elsewhere for a better/newer laptop.

This was a amazinge work horse i buy it for working on my video editing more than for playing and it is very fast for the price .The best bang for the buck at this quality.

after 1 day full 24hrs of windows updates ( it was so slow due to the 5400rpm HD ) and removing dell bloatware and McAfee it is settling down and it is running WoW at 60-90FPS once loaded.it's going to need at least 8 more gig of ram and a SSD to make it really a fast rig.Update got home and turned on the laptop and I can't log in because none of the letters on the keyboard work only the numbers it ran fine last night it might be going back.

It worked for a week. Now the backlight is not working, the screen is dim, and the cooling fan randomly turns on at high power. I can't even get it replaced because it's out of stock. I am so disappointed.

When i opened the box the screen was completely scratch and the a few weeks later now a white screen keeps poping up and prevents me from doing anything. Dont not buy from this scamming company
