For coloring grooves, not really for free-hand embellishment (obviously)
These Gundam pens by Someie are my first foray into pour-type paint for my models. I'm not going to lie -- I thought these were the kind of markers you could draw with, but I'm learning quickly! (If you're a gunpla veteran, you already know all this, but please be kind to this beginner!) A dab with either the included black or grey pen will instantly fill in any tiny inset lines, such as those that appear to be separating panels, or for other small details. And boy, does that ink flow! You need a light touch! If you need to clean something up, there are 2 included erasers. One is an "eraser marker." Don't actually touch this to anything you want to "erase." Instead, express some of its cleaner elsewhere and then use a cotton swab dipped in the fluid to actually clean off your surface. The other eraser is a knock-type (in other words, like a clicky-pen) rubbery eraser, one that's narrower than the eraser you'd find on the end of a wooden pencil. It can be useful to abrade off any extraneous paint/ink marks.I'm still learning, but I'm very excited about the possibilities these markers present me with. Now, I have to restrain myself from enhancing all the grooves!

Great for any gunpla builder!
Great for any gunpla builder! These will have your panel lines looking great. The functionality is a little tricky, but with a bit of practice you can get the hang of it. Marker quality is decent, it doesn't what you expect.

Useful pens
I got these to add some lining to miniatures. These don't work in every application I have tried, but they do for some and then it looks great. I am certainly using them differently than they were intended, so I don't hold that against them.

This set does impressive panel lining.
I used these for miniatures that are smaller scale than gundam. I liked how the ink flows down into details. It’s pretty easy to work with. The “clean up” parts of the kit work well but are harder to control.

Awesome panel liner kit
I've been using these creos markers for years on my gundam models and this is a great panel lining kit. You'll be surprised how much panel lining adds to making your models pop. I usually tend to use the black markers for darker colors and switch to grey for the lighter pieces, especially white pieces. The eraser pen works really well to thin out extra and smudges. Perfect set for anyone looking to add a little bit more detail to their kits without going all in and fully painting the sets. No complaints

Disappointed
I really hoped these pens would work the way they do in the tutorial videos I’ve watched but they don’t. It’s possible I got a bad set. Who knows? Gundam pens are always a gamble. I think sometimes they may sit too long in the sun or something (I’m being facetious) because they won’t last long. In the case of this set, the black pen (the one I really wanted) has ink so thick it might as well be a regular Gundam marker. The gray pen actually worked as they are supposed to (when I first got them- after a few uses that one stopped performing correctly as well). You’re supposed to lightly touch an ingress on the model and the ink is supposed to come out ever so dainty and travel along the groove. That’s how it’s supposed to work. After a few uses the gray ink didn’t come out properly either. The ONLY saving grace with this set is the two eraser pens. One’s a physical eraser and the other is another gundam pen but what comes out is a clear liquid that does a pretty good job of erasing the gundam ink smudges or lines that went where they werent supposed to go.

Works great! Will be great for my cosplays!
I didn’t have any other plastic to test it on at the moment so I improvised with a bottle. I do a lot of detailing on 3d printed parts for my cosplays and thought I would give these a try. They work so easy. The ink flows so much faster then even the acrylic markers I have laying around. Seems easy to clean. Had to use the translator on my phone to figure out what some thing were but that’s fine. The color shades are basic but perfect. They mark very cleanly. The erasers work great. There is one rubber like eraser and one that is like a marker. All works great. Even on paper it works decent too. Defiantly would love to get more of these! Perfect for small cosplay details!
