Stopped Working Within Months
Our Vitamix Ascent X2 completely stopped working within months, returning an error message (E31). Sadly, we really only make smoothies with it, so it is not that this was under a heavy load or burdened by use. Vitamix was responsive to our inquiry and agreed to fix it under warranty. They sent it back to us and after the first use it became unusable again, returning the same error message. We are still in conversation with customer service in the hopes that they will replace the unit, but can certainly say that I do not recommend the X2 and hope that they will offer us a different replacement unit.

Great appliance!
This Blender is hands down the best investment I’ve made in kitchen appliances yet. I make a smoothie every day and as such really rely on a quality blender. I’ve tried most of the cheap ones and they just don’t last, not to mention, they don’t blend well. I just wish that I would have bought it sooner. If your looking for a quality blender that just works, you won’t be disappointed!

Nice product. Makes great smoothies. Easy to clean. Got the SS jar. Happy with it. I like it’s an American Made item. Highly recommended.
