It's a very well made leather bag. It fits perfectly under the top railing of my bicycle and is just large enough to hold a portable music player and speaker. It is also water resistant and adjusts easily.

Meh... go with a Brooks Isle of Wight Saddle Bag instead...
A bit expensive considering it does not fit much. I'd say it'd fit a small multi-tool and wallet but don't try to fit an iPhone 6/7 plus in there... just not enough room.
