Roku Select Series TV - 32" FHD

I recently purchased the Roku Smart TV, 32-Inch Select Series, and it has exceeded my expectations in several ways. The TV delivers crisp and bright Full HD 1080p picture quality, which is surprising for its size. I use it in my bedroom, and it's perfect for smaller spaces. One of the things I love most is how lightweight this TV is. It’s incredibly easy to move around and even mount on the wall if you prefer, which was a huge relief as I was able to set it up on my own without any issues. The voice remote is a fantastic addition; it lets me switch channels, search for shows, and even adjust the volume without needing to press buttons. The customizable home screen is another favorite feature. I can easily organize my most-used apps and have quick access to my go-to streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. Additionally, the option to watch live local news, sports, and even play games makes this TV more versatile than I expected, and all without needing an extra antenna. Setup was quick and easy; I just plugged in the TV and connected it to Wi-Fi, and it was ready in minutes! If you are looking for a high quality, easy to setup and use TV I highly recommend either the 24" or 32" Roku TV's. I have a 24" inch in my kitchen, limited space and a 32" inch in my spare bedroom. I just recently purchased another 32" for a friend who is going through health issues and is spending a lot of time in bed. She has been technically challenged in the past with technology and has had no issues using the TV. The picture quality and sound are incredible at this price point.

I bought the 32" 1080p TV on Black Friday sale and I received it yesterday. I hooked it up this morning and it was very easy to screw in the feet (open one package at a time so you know which is right and which is left) and get the TV set up. Be prepared to put in your Wifi password and have your email account open so that you can do the setup process quickly. It was very intuitive to set up and use. The Apps are so easy to navigate vs. how long it took to open apps on my old smart TV. Also, I am in love with the TV screen because the picture on this thing is beautiful! For me, coming from a smaller TV to a 32", which is probably small to most people who only buy 40" and up, the screen seems quite big. It just fits on my dresser in my bedroom but the screen seems bigger than 32 maybe because the picture fills the whole screen so well. I have a bigger TV in my living room but somehow, the picture on the Roku is much crisper and sharper so I think I will look into another Roku TV sized for the living room. I am so pleased with this TV and think it is a great gift for people who don't like dealing with a lot of tech headaches. There are tons of apps you can use on this TV & it super easy. I almost bought it earlier in the year when I thought my old TV stopped working right but I was able to fix it. I almost wish I had bought it then because I LOVE this TV but am happy to have got the deal for Black Friday!

To start with, take a look at the single one-star review that dragged the overall rating of this TV way down. That reviewer was just expecting subscription-level programming for free rather than reviewing the performance of the TV and the range of features built into it. The 1080 picture quality is great, the audio is more than adequate, and the wide variety of settings and control functions make this a great TV for the price. The average user will also find the free programming totally satisfying, but, if not, more demanding viewers can simply pay for one or more subscription programming packages available. The only negative thing I can say about this TV is that for some reason I do not understand, the shipping time makes no sense. The item is described as being both sold and shipped by Amazon, yet it took more than a week to receive it. There is a monster of a new Amazon warehouse exactly one city block from my home and most every item I order comes the next day or at most, two days.

I bought this TV for it's high marks on picture quality and sound. I was not disappointed. This TV will be used in my kitchen; mostly for news, weather, and other shows that don't require a lot of intention, or investment in time. My only complaints are that I now have to use 2 remotes to access my cable programs, and the design of the Roku remote needs improvement. The buttons for mute, and volume are on the side, right where my thumb rests...I'm always hitting them by mistake. Make the remote a little bigger, and put those buttons on the face.
