Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo, 1x100ml Bottle

I purchased this shampoo to manage dandruff and have used it over a period of time to see how it performs. In terms of effectiveness, it does what it claims : after a few uses, I noticed a visible reduction in flakes and less itching. The formula feels more like a treatment than a regular shampoo, so it’s not something I’d use daily. It can be slightly drying, and the scent is quite medicinal rather than cosmetic, which may not appeal to everyone. Using a conditioner alongside it helps balance that out. Overall, it’s a practical and effective option for dandruff control. It may not be the most pleasant in terms of texture or scent, but it delivers results.

So over the years I've tried many different products to address the flaking of my scalp. Originally it was the coal based products but they only seemed to last a limited time. After some research into the best treatment it seemed that the key to addressing the symptoms long term was a shampoo with Ketoconazole. Decided to try Nizoral as it had this active ingredient in it. Have to admit that I've been shocked by the difference this has made. I've used this over a few months, as I don't now need to use this every time I wash my hair, but the difference is remarkable. I use this shampoo maybe once a week, using normal shampoo for other times. This means that it lasts a long time but also prevents the flakiness from occuring. Really pleased with this product and moving forward will always make sure I've got a shampoo with Ketoconazole as an ingredient.

I find this works really well and you don't need to use much so a bottle lasts me a good amount of time. Not the cheapest option but worth it if you struggle with dandruff, wouod only recommended use if having an 'outbreak' not as a daily shampoo. Works best if left in hair for a while as instructed (3 to 5 mins)

Since I started using this, my scalp really doesn't itch anymore, so it definitely works. However, it leaves my hair feeling very dry. You definitely need to use a conditioner afterward, otherwise, the hair gets tangled and hard to brush. Great for the scalp, just be prepared for the dryness.

​Bought this again because it works so well. It completely calms itchy heads and clears up dandruff for the whole family. We also bought the conditioner this time around, and it leaves hair feeling great without stripping it.

This product is excellent for the scalp. It is used for seborrheic dermatitis. Product works very well. Used many times.

Brilliant stuff. Used Head & shoulders for years. Still got flaking. Started to get worse - used chatgpt app and it told me a form of dermatitis - so used this. Literally two washes, no flakes or itchy head. Still in the first 2 weeks, but amazing up to now - but i now know that I will need to keep doing this once a week - I use a Simple brand shampoo for other washing

Excellent product. Within 2 washes I noticed a difference. Couldn’t recommend it anymore
