tastes great and good for you!
I have taken this liquid vitamin for many years, and at the age of 85 I'm going strong, thanks in part I'm sure to the vitamins I've taken. Would definitely recommend Balanced Essentials.

best vitamins u can buy
i been weight training, martial arts, and dieting for over 20yrs and have done a lot of studying and trials and my finding is that this is the best multivitamin ive ran across, it has EVERYTHING! Read the list of its contents, its actually quite impressive. $1.00 a day isnt bad for bettering your well-being. Well worth it..

Some are Allergic
The vitamins seem to be a good product. It has a lot of different vitamins. This can cause you to have a niacin flush if your body already has all of the niacin that it needs in about 15 to 20 minutes after you take some of it. Amazon says It is non returnable. The seller gave me a full refund.

Excellent taste, color, consistency, 2 large containers, the open one needs refrigeration. As an older adult I could not tolerate the usual multivitamins. I bought this to put in my smoothies and home made protein drinks.
