I've purchased another model of this tea maker for my friend's new house as a gift and I love it. Now I have the newest model. It has great material quality and much more than a tea maker. There is a very useful menu which you can set up everything. C/F degrees, keep warm timing is from 30 mind to 2 hours. Amazing choice for tea lovers.

I would definitely not recommend you to buy this product. As you can see from the photos, the paint has lifted on its own in many places. You want to use such products for a long time, but unfortunately it has become cosmetically very bad within 1 year. Sometimes it stops working electronically by itself. When I contacted the service and asked them to solve this problem, they were not interested. I definitely do not recommend it. it’s rusting inside, obviously not quality! It doesn’t have quality steel! it has too thin layer steel base ! and too poor quality steel! it’s base rusted easily!

My wife and I waited months for this electric Turkish tea maker to be restocked after trying our friends tea maker. We are glad we did not settle with a basic tea maker, as this tea maker was certainly worth the wait. I'm satisfied with my purchase so far. It seems to have nice build quality and intuitive instructions for using. You can see temperature in both F and C which is very nice. Price is on the high side but I feel it is good value for the money, especially if you want to optimize your brewing experience for Turkish tea making - mainly because it's ability to easilty adjust temperature after you add boiling water to your tea (initial brewing) is very helpful because you can use lower tremperature (eg, reduce it from 212 F to 165 F) while you are waiting for full brew which is usually around 20 minutes in my experience. Overall, highly recommended.
