The mounting tab (plastic/rubber threaded stud) broke off right a way when I installed it onto the holder by hand. This was a bad first impression. Perhaps it was an issue with the holder; I did not have the official 3M holder. I used Item # 3HB59 from Grainger. I epoxied the bristle disk to the holder and it functioned well. It saved a lot of time and labor. (I purchased the bristle disk from Grainger, Item #: 6RX78)
