Great water gun to make my dogs behave.

I have a wasp nest in my roof vent about 30’ high. I filled it with Dawn and water and was able to soak it.

This Stream Machine water gun is a fun and effective toy water soaker. We used it for water play, and it works well for pool fun, water battles, and family outdoor use. It is simple, easy to reload, and fun for different ages.What I like:• Fun for water battles• Good for pool play• Fun for the whole family• Simple design• Easy to use• Reloads quickly• No batteries needed• Gets decent distance• Shoots a steady stream of water• Good for summer outdoor play• Works in a pool, lake, or bucket of water• Lightweight and easy to carry around• Decent toy quality for the price• Fun option for kids and adults who like water gamesThings to be aware of:• I am not sure I was able to get the full advertised distance• It does seem to shoot a good distance, but distance may depend on the right conditions• To reload it, you dunk the tip/barrel end into the water and pull the handle back• Then you push the handle forward to shoot the water• Try not to pull in sand, rocks, or debris if using it in a lake, river, or bucket• This is not super heavy-duty construction• It feels like decent toy quality, not premium or indestructible quality• The price seems pretty close to the value point• Not perfect, but pretty close to what I expected for the priceOverall:This is a fun and effective water toy for summer use. It reloads quickly, is easy to figure out, and works well for water battles in the pool or outside. I like that it is simple and does not require batteries. I gave it 4 stars because it is not super heavy-duty and I am not sure I could get the full advertised distance, but it still shoots well, reloads easily, and is fun to use. For the price, I think it is pretty close to what I expected.

It works for my window cleaning. I can’t get a hose out to the far side of my house and this allows me to bucket the water and stream it upward from ten feet below. I also use a ladder and stream sideways for higher reach

Great product. Simple and intuitive….UPDATE (5 days after purchase)… but very DELICATE and breaks easily! I think its tube material is genuinely too thin and too rigid, causing one fall to split the thin plastic wall. Poor quality plastics?I had it, filled, standing propped on its handle in a corner niche by the door ready to run off nighttime visitors that like to howl outside the bedroom. This morning I went to reach for it and I missed, causing the handle to slide along the tile so that the streamer slid down the wall and struck the tile.Boom. Instant 3-inch crack curving inward from the end of the tube.No more shooting for this one. It shoots out the side now. I’m terribly disappointed.If I chose to buy another (because nothing else shoots this far) I will wrap it in reinforced duct tape like flex-seal before using it, so it’s more accident proof.If you buy one, be aware that it shoots well and is fun, but treat it gently because the tube can break easily.And that can be a major letdown for the kids.Original Review:Goes through water fast, so keep a full bucket or container handy!Okay, full confession: I bought this because a feral cat in the neighborhood won’t leave my indoor cats alone. When they spy him, it’s a howl-and-growl party at 2am at the windows, which is repeated every hour or so. I’d like him to leave, not hurt him. If I show up he runs, then stops and stares from 25 feet away. Still visible to my cats who continue moaning.Not so with this squirt gun! It’s got REACH. It’s not the quoted distance, but it IS enough to make the cat decide to leave so I can get some sleep. Usually one quick squirt of 1/3 the water capacity get him to run, and then the remaining 2/3 scares him off from a distance.Nice to know:You can keep this “loaded” and standing on its handle, leaning up somewhere so it won’t fall over, and there’s no drips or leaks. Pointed down or held level, it will tend to dribble. But held tip-up, it sits for days just fine, waiting to unleash a furious stream of cat-scattering H2O.I’d like to know what grease they use to lubricate the tube, because I want to keep this running into next year.I can see this being a lot of fun at a summer party, too.

I order two of these for an upcoming annual canoe trip. I received them today and I took them out to the pool to test them out.Construction: Pretty solid, and it exceeded my expectations. Although I wouldn't call it "crush proof," the plastic was sturdier than I expected (considering the price). Other reviews I read reported leakage problems from the pistol grip end, so I filled mine up and tilted it into an upright position. After a few seconds, large water drops started dripping out at a pretty good rate -- but I expected something like that, and it's not something I'd really call a "leak." I don't plan on returning the two i bought based on this.Fill/Refill Rate: Very fast! Wow, I wasn't expecting it it to fill so quickly! It only takes about 2 seconds -- basically, it fills as fast as you can pull the plunger back. I'm pretty excited about this because it means that I can keep a relentless steam of water going during an attack. The fill rate definitely exceeds my expectations.Maximum Distance: 43 feet (about 14 yards). This distance more than meets my needs, but it's nowhere near the advertised "70 feet." The distance is dependent on the amount of pressure you can apply. I'm an adult male of average/above average upper body strength, and I could only achieve a distance of 43 feet (I literally measured it with a tape measure.)More for teens and adults: The packaging says it's for ages "5 and up," but I think it's more of a 12 and over item. It holds a lot of water and fulled loaded I think it would be too heavy for little kids. As I mentioned, its effective use is dependent on upper body strength, so again, I don't see little kids being able to shoot it more than a few feet. Lastly, this is the 36" model, so you need about a 4 foot arm span to pull the plunger all the way back.Overall impression: This is a great water gun for teens and adults at a very reasonable price! I only wish I had the ability to choose the colors.

Had it for a few years now in my kayak. Still works great and doubles as a beldge pump as well.

Terrible product it leaked all over my clothes and on the kitchen floor when I filled it up. It doesn’t even squirt. . I should e reviewed the reviews before purchasing, my grandson was disappointed.

It takes some practice to learn how much pressure to use to get the distance you want. I just hate that you have to fill it up all the time. Good quality toy though.

this water blaster is one hell of a weapon in the swimming pool , the stream is so strong, that people literally run away when they see it coming. the only problem is that you really need to be strong if you want to shoot farther than 12 feet.
