I have an older cannon eos rebel xt and need a new battery and charger. the dimensions of my battery are 1 3/4”l, 1 5/16w, 5/8”tall will this work?

If you read the full title description of this product it states it is a replacement for the Rebel XT and XTi models. I am using it in my XTi and it works great!
