Universal remote
The remote is a good value; however, it is not a universal remote which allows you access a particular streaming services such as Verizon's FIOS or Comcast Affinity. Would be nice if one was available that would have allowed me to access a streaming service. I would have been prepared to have paid more for it.Right now, I to have two remotes available, one specifically designed for my smart TV (the Amazon one) and one for the streaming service.

Correct placement of function keys for optimal functionality
Nice remote, needed a replacement for my Aquos LC-40D68UT. So I tried this remote and it works perfectly. Didn’t even have to program it. Very convenient. Remote is long and slim and fits fine in my hand. My fingers can get to all the important function keys quickly and easily. Has all the functions old remote had. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Rough around the edges.
It's rough around the edges. It doesn't feel like the original remote. If you look it at arm's length you notice it's a knock-off. It works well though, as expected.

Works like it should!
Replacement for a remote my dog chewed. Works well with our tv. Netflix button does what it needs to. My only concern is that it’s a little light. No weight to it which makes feels odd when holding it. Otherwise so far so good!

Its okay
Definitely a knock off! Some features from the original version were backwards or labeled differently. Once you figure that out, it works!

Packaging is a little flimsy but it works.
Just received this yesterday, put in the batteries, and it works. The Netflix button didn’t work on my TV but using the “smart central” button brought up my Netflix app on the screen. I have to admit that I had reservations when I removed the remote from my mailbox and saw that it was packaged in just a plastic envelope without even bubble wrap lining. However it seems to have survived USPS, and it works.
