Great Jump Starter
I've used this more than a dozen times now and people at work often ask me to borrow it. Works every time. It's compact and powerful, simple to use and always works. Keep it charged every few months and you will always have it when you need it.

Affordable, Easy To Use and Works Great!
I don't normally do "reviews". However, this thing is amazing. We have a slow draining battery, if we don't drive the car for a couple days the battery is dead when we try to start it. Didn't want to spend hundreds (or more) to figure out what the problem is so we bought this. It hooks right up and the car starts instantly, even if the battery is so dead the interior lights don't come on. It's worked every time, and you can get about 10-20 jumps with a full charge. Seriously one of the best car accessories I have ever bought. Highly recommended.

Incredible Power in a Portable Box
I don't know how I lived without this previously. This jump box is an absolute powerhouse. The 6000A rating is no joke—it effortlessly jumped a completely dead SUV hybrid engine on the first try. The built-in LED safety light is bright and incredibly useful for roadside emergencies. It holds a charge for months in the vehicle, making it an essential piece of emergency gear. So easy to use, and love the short, concise, easy accessible instructions on the device itself.

great buy
so for a on the cheaper side of a jump starter this is better than the $200 one i gat at the parts store , it works great starts my 5.3 no problem will be ordering 1 for every vehicle i own for a just in case , super easy to use and comes in a very nice carrying case, i have used it maybe 20 times already on all kinds of stuff from mowers to 6.0 with no issue , charges back up fast , so durability wise i thinks its a great buy

Decent product and affordable.
The Sharmeal jump starter is a decent product. It seems well made and I have used it several times to start my 2008 pathfinder 6 cyl. and my 1999 Silverado 5.3 v8. Both vehicles would barely click before hooking up the jump started. Both vehicles started immediately. My niece has a 2018 keep Pacifica 4cyl that would not crank. The battery on had 4.3v showing on my vom meter. The jump started would activate the instrument panel lights, but the light would go out when I tried to start the car. I tried regular jumper cables and still had nothing. The car has two batteries. I tried charging the main battery, but my charger displayed battery failure. So I did have to replace both batteries. I cannot fault the Sharmeal Jim starter for that situation. Since then I have helped two people jump start their cars in a parking lot on separate occasions and the cars started up after several cranks. I feel comfortable saying that this Jump starter is a decent product for the price and will start most vehicles if there is not a complete battery failure situation.

Lifesaver
This has been a lifesaver! The full charge lasts forever and jump starts a Chevy Tahoe in a minute or two. I’d highly recommend 10/10. It is small and fits perfectly under the seat or even in the glove box. Can be used to jumpstart a battery, charge a phone, a flashlight or warning hazardous flashers.

Works great
Works great. It saved me from hassle with a dead battery several times. Please that it doesn't hold a lot of charge. Each start consumes 15% capacity, so there is may be about 6 times before it is fully drained. Okay for emergency use when the vehicle battery is dead, but may be not useful in servicing or diagnosing engine issues unrelated to a dead battery.

Works, but I think there are some flaws to talk about.
Let me start by saying that this unit does jump-start a vehicle successfully. Ive used it three times and it worked every time. That said, based on my experiences and a tear down, I would not consider it a “full capability” jump starter. Gripes and limitations In my experience, this unit does not engage unless it detects some voltage on the car battery. If the battery is very low but still has some voltage it works. If the battery is completely dead it doesn’t pass current to the clamps. I think this is by design. This isn’t made obvious in the description. Charging is not as straight forward as I would have thought. It only works for me with basic/dumb charger. Out of several more modern chargers I tried, NONE of them engaged or even recognized that it was present. In 2026, most people don’t even own a dumb charger anymore. I think that’s a real usability problem and should be front and center in the product description. Charging from 80% to 100% took several hours. This is not acceptable. What if you have a power source but now you need to wait all night for the thing to charge? Most people are not diligent about making sure all of their stuff is pre charged. The LED lights...ohh wow. If I had to guess they could be leftovers from about 2009. Terrible green tint and very low output. In fact I feel that the light on my phone is actually brighter. To make it worse they are on the wrong end of the unit to be of any use! If the light is pointed at the battery the 8 inch cables on my unit cant reach the battery terminals. The light must be shining away from where you are clamping the cables. That’s not just an oversight, that completely negates the usefulness of the lights in my opinion. There’s a small compass on the housing. You remember the useless compass that used to get put on toys and on a certain knife handle from the movies? Yeah... that one. Internals The battery pack itself looks clean and properly assembled. The jump-start current path goes through a separate relay/protection module that is part of the clamp cable assembly, not the board on the main unit. I’d estimate a peak pulse current of 200A to 300A, and maybe 60A sustained for a bit longer. This is supported by the 70A relay in the module. Claims of 6000A? That seems beyond extremely optimistic. Maybe someone in marketing got a little carried away. I can only guess. The main board (USB, charging, display, light) looks very basic. No USB-PD negotiation that I can see. The charging implementation appears as minimal as possible. The LED section is simple resistor-based. To me, it feels like a decent battery and jump circuit paired with electronics that are woefully lacking. Bottom line If you are the type that keeps your stuff prepped regularly this isn’t a waste or a bad value for the price. If you are the type that needs something rock solid and always ready, I’d look elsewhere and expect to pay a lot more. If the claims in the description reflected what I think is the reality, I’d have given this 4 stars.
