I use this product every morning, it has become a morning ritual. I have PKD and I want to get my GFR up. The higher the better. I also take a Tumeric, Ginger and ACV (apple cider vinegar) capsule (2) along with this. It has given me alot of energy. Good-Luck!!!

Excellent and effective
I noticed changes to my energy within a few days of taking them. I highly recommend this. It does have carbs/sugar so you would want to watch takin this if you have sugar issues or are on Keto. It tastes good too, not too sweet.

Useful product, but will need to be used longer
Been using it the product for a couple of weeks and I can say that it seems to have made me feel better in the morning and my "waste" cleaner. One thing is the citrus flavor, while good, can be overwhelming in a tea or other drinks and it is best used in a smoothie.

Mixed this in with a cabbage, beet, blueberry, pineapple, ginger and celery... Mixed in a cup water with each cup, I had 2, 20ounce cups a day with a single light kidney friendly meal for 3 days and I'm feeling better than I have in a long while.. After the three day detox i still use the product but drink it and water and eat kidney friendly meals through my day.
