Incomplete shipment
It got delivered yesterday and most of the accessories (grill stand, Skewer, gloves, pizza cutter, freebie, magic cloth) didn't came. Very disappointed as the customer care acknowledges the miss and ask to reject the product and again buy it rather then ship the missing accessories...

A big hand in the kitchen
This is the second time I am buying the Berg Tandoor stove. The first time I had bought it at an exhibition. I enjoy cooking zero-oil recipes using this stove. It helps you a long way in your determination to cook and eat healthy food.The product received was well packed but it had a dent on the body of the tandoor stove which disappointed me. However the stove is working well.The PTFE sheet was unlike the one that had come before with my first tandoor stove. The former one was more durable than the present one. Wish the company could provide us the same 'magic cloth'.

It must have ON/OFF switch on the oven
There is no on/off switch on the oven. Secondly, only one oven paper is supplied which is not sufficient.

Im in love with this machine really it fulfilled my all requirements for a healthy diet.About m/c:- this size is big enough than my expectations. pre-heat is required and its time depends upon what you are going to cook, 3-8 minutes. And yes this m/c is really good for veg and non-veg items, very first i prepared chicken tikka. Need to handle this m/c very carefully when its hot and keep children away from this m/c.I have received all above said items with this m/c except pizza cutter .
