So far they are good bc they fit. I measured my arms all the way around, and they are approx. 21 inches. I took a chance and got the 4XL, and surprisingly it fits! I haven’t started working out with them yet, but so far I’m happy.

I LOVE wearing my Hot Shapers Arm Sleeves while I workout. My arms have cellulite and these have decreased my cellulite SO MUCH! I have notices a tighter toned arm. They are easy to use. I got a size XL and they fit perfectly. I wonder if I should have got a large so they'd be tighter, but I guess that's up to preference. There is even a pocket for your cell phone or iPod to fit!!!!

I like them, they're pull on, no velcro which makes them fit against your skin with no extra bulk. They do make the area sweat a little more. I just started using them, so I can't say if they help to slim down my arms yet. My only complaint is that according to the size chart I got an Xl but really a size L would've fit better. This size has no compression effect on me and I have to pull them up really high so they don't slip down. But aside from that, a good buy. Fits my samsung S9 plus.

I've been using the Hot Shapers to boost my workouts and I wish I found them years ago. They've really helped to keep my arms toned and tight, even while gaining weight during pregnancy. They're lightweight and flexible enough so they are great for both cardio and lifting and they increase sweat SO MUCH. I started wearing them only at the gym, but now put them on even for a quick jog around the block with the dog because I started noticing definition so quickly. I liked the fact that they stay put without the use of velcro that's so itchy and bulky in some others I've tried and the size guide made it easy for me to pick the size that would fit. I can't wait to see how my arms continue to change with these!

What a great product! I've purchased another arm band previous to this and was highly dissatisfied. It was too to get and my arms never sweated during the workouts, just felt compressed. This one though, is roomy enough and firs perfect. Ideal for lifting and HIIT training. Does not slip off and one side even has extra pocket for cards! Really high quality. I'm 5'3" and 120~ lb ish and small is perfect. Slightly lose but does not slip.

They fit well and for sure make me sweat more when I use them during a workout. Very Comfortable considering how snugly they fit also!

I have very large upper arms and these did fit. My arms aren't very long and I was hoping they'd cover down to my elbow and it came just a little short. Comfortable enough to wear all day at work and I did sweat underneath them. Had they been a little more affordable I would have kept them but since they weren't exactly what I needed and were a little pricey I did end up returning them.

I've just started using these so there are no results yet. I'll have to update after regular use. I ordered a M and found the seams to be very tight around my arms. They should be able to stay in place without seams. The material is strong and good quality so I'm looking forward to seeing what happens.
