Damaged box and smashed up jar, packaging not good
So, I'm hoping it was a one off, but my candle arrived smashed to bits. If I'm honest, the packaging inside to keep the candle safe wasn't good enough. Saying that though, the outer box was crushed up. So it must have been dropped or sat on or kicked or something?! It should probably also say FRAGILE or something on the outside. I was quite upset as it smells so so gorgeous and it was meant to be a gift but its too late now. They are sending me a reolacement and im sending the smashed one back. Which is a shame cos i could have maybe still somehow used the smashed one in a different way! But its fine, as long as i get my replacement and can enjoy its gorgeous fragrance. Everything else apart from the state of the box and the jar was fine, scent etc.

Favourite fragrance of Yankee Candle. One of the more effective ones, too; you can really smell it when you walk in the house. Many guests have commented in the past.
