AW Half Yoga Ball Balance Trainer Fitness Stability Ball with Resistant Band Strength Exercise Fitness with Foot Pump

I was really excited about this and bought this balance trainer as opposed to a BOSU because this was much cheaper and I figured I'd get the same experience. It was quick to fill up with the air pump, just a couple minutes, but as soon as I stepped on it I could hear the air coming out. It's leaking from one of the spots where you hook the strap onto. Looks like the black rim wasn't clamped down tight enough and as soon as I step on it I can hear the air. It'll last enough for a couple workouts, but still super bummed about it. I'd like to return it, but threw away the box it came in, now I have to go through that whole pain.

Used this for the first time today and I would say it is a pretty good balance ball. It was super easy to set up which I loved! But they only thing I wish was different is when you turn it over to do push ups or other activities on the black side there isn't really a good place to grip your hands. So it can kinda hurt your hands if you are doing any of those types of exercises where you flip the ball over. Other than that it seems like a well made product.

As a ballet dancer, I bought this ball to work on my balance.For this, it does serve its purpose. However, there are a few things that I did not like. The first thing was that unlike the actual BOSU ball, it doesn't have a foot pump. I feel like the foot pump would make it much easier to fill. I also don't like how dirty it gets. The round ball portion is a plastic similar to silicone, and everything gets stuck to it. Any little bit of dust on my feet got stuck to this ball, and it is hard to get off. Other than those two cons, I did end up liking it. It fits under my bed when deflated, and even in my closet while it still full on air. It really has helped my center balance, and now that I am able to stand on it flat, I use it to practice on Releve as well. It's a good price and I am glad that I decided to buy it!

Connecting parts seem to be cheaply made. Arrived timely, all that was listed came in the box. Assembled in an hour, including inflating the ball part. The third use, on of the resistance arm pulls came apart. It's now unusable for anything but balance.

Great competition to the bosu ball but if you are doing planks with your hands on the flat side it is very uncomfortable!!! I will be returning bc I only purchased for that reason and the ridges on the flat side dig into your hand. But other than that it is a great workout ball!

The resistance band broke off (the plastic on the base holding it broke) on first use. BS for $50. Save your money.

We purchased two of these as they are much more affordable than the Bosu ball. We have gotten great use out of them doing one and two ball balance exercises in preparation for ski season. My only complaints are that the provided straps are weak, and I wish the feet on the bottom of the ball were rubber to prevent it from slipping sideways.

The ball and base are made of durable materials that hold up to my 250ish lbs, but I wish the hard edge was just a bit thinner. I'm a big guy, so I have the pleasure of displacing enough of the air in the ball to where the small of my back rubs on the hard plastic base plate. This is pretty uncomfortable when already fighting the urge to stop doing core exercises and just go make tacos.
