the seller was fine with a return and full refund including postage
Purchased for use with my 100D but, unfortunately, it did not seem to provide enough power to the unit to take an image - the shutter fired, but the images were blank apart from a banding at the top of the image. I have no idea whether this is a problem with the device or the camers.Despite this, the seller was fine with a return and full refund including postage.

Ex-Pro aternative to Canon's own Ack kit.
This seems to be a really good alternative and a lot cheaper than the Canon version. It's working well and no problems to date, so well pleased.
